COVID 19 Protocols

Dear Patient(s),

We are exercising extreme caution during this challenging time. In order to provide you with the highest standard of care and a safe environment for your visit, we've implemented some rules in accordance with the ADA and CDC recommendations.

  1. We have reviewed all protocols, methods, and materials to ensure that we can provide proper sterilization and disinfection of all systems and equipment. Safety is our #1 priority.

  2. Our office is currently appointment only to ensure adequate time for cleaning in between patients.

  3. Our staff will all be wearing masks, and our dentist and assistant will be in full PPE. All patients and visitors will need to wear a mask upon entry. We appreciate your help in maintaining a safe environment!

  4. The reception area has been cleared of all shared items. If you need water or assistance, please don't hesitate to ask us!

  5. We ask that you call us (972-208-9998) upon your arrival, and wait in your car until we come and get you. This will allow us to ensure the office is cleaned and ready in between each patient.

  6. Our patients are scheduled in such a manner to meet and exceed the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and CDC Guidelines for Disinfection and Sterilization.

  7. Patients will be screened via phone prior to their appointment and upon entry to keep high-risk patients and/or those with flu-like symptoms safely at home.

  8. We will be measuring the temperatures of all team members and patients before coming into the office.

  9. Upon entering the office, you will be asked to sanitize your hands. Additionally, we are requesting you sanitize your hands as you leave the office.

  10. At the beginning of every appointment, you will be asked to pre-rinse with an anti-bacterial mouth rinse.

  11. We clean each our operatory rooms with CaviCide™ after each patient, as we always have prior to this crisis. This FDA approved sanitizing agent eliminates germs, bacteria, and viruses, and is the number one surface disinfectant in the dental industry.

  12. We are minimizing contact as much as possible. This includes no handshakes and proper social distancing.

This high level of caution is our way of keeping the community safe, and we appreciate your patience and cooperation as we navigate these difficult times.

Thank you!
